Farm Boy needs a Production Operations Coordinator supporting Central Kitchen, Meat, and Warehouse teams through training, food safety, and administrative coordination.

This coordinator serves as a key contact for employees and leadership across production operations. Responsibilities include data entry, labour and traceability records, onboarding, audits, sanitation communication, and corrective actions. The role supports protected, consistent procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support across Central Kitchen, Meat, and Warehouse teams
- Maintain labour, food costing, packaging, and traceability information
- Conduct food safety spot checks and audits
- Coordinate onboarding and hands-on training for new employees
- Update Managers on concerns,



progress, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Business Administration education or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of production or warehouse experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel experience
- Effective communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset
