Welcome guests to Trailglow while managing admissions, ticketing, and winter destination guidance in Golden, British Columbia. Serve visitors indoors, with limited outdoor duties.

As Pursuit’s Guest Experience Agent, you’ll provide professional service at Trailglow and support Retail, Video, and café operations. You’ll answer questions, process reservations, share Canadian Rockies information, and help guests navigate their visit. The position requires flexibility across customer-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and deliver skilled service throughout their visit
- Process Trailglow and Canyon Swing tickets, packages, and reservations
- Handle Canadian and United States currency and card transactions
- Share winter conditions, directions, clothing, and footwear guidance




- Support retail, video, café, cleanliness, and guest-flow operations

Requirements:

- Experience in guest services, retail, or similar customer-facing work
- Knowledge of Golden Skybridge, Trailglow, and local features
- Strong communication, listening, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn Ventrata, retail, and video platforms
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
