The Department of Social Development seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant for its Southwest Zone Saint John Office. You will support Legal Administrative Services through court document preparation, file disclosure, witness coordination, and affidavit work. Microsoft Office knowledge and solid written and spoken English are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with Family Crown Counsel on legal administrative matters
- Prepare court documents for child and adult protection files
- Draft applications, motions, affidavits, and legal agreements

Requirements:

- High school or GED with post-secondary education
- Five years related experience, including one legal environment year
