Sephora Canada in Sudbury, ON, is seeking a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead people and operations in office. You will oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and ensure Sephora’s standards are met across departments under the Store Director.

You will build high-performing teams, drive training programs, manage performance reviews, and optimize inventory and store processes. This is an on-site role with flexibility for evenings/weekends.
