As an AEO Specialist, you will lead technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking analysis for multiple agency clients. Your work spans crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization. You will also connect organic search with Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build technical SEO roadmaps covering crawl, indexation, and site architecture
- Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities
- Improve client visibility across AI and organic search
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4 and Search Console quarterly

Requirements:

- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes independently
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Transparent spoken English for live calls with United States clients
