Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de projet expérimenté pour coordonner et gérer des projets d'infrastructure de production, d'acquisition et d'installation d'équipements industriels au sein d'un environnement de fabrication. Ce rôle requiert une présence sur site à temps plein pour superviser les activités et assurer le respect des délais, du budget et des normes de qualité.

Responsabilités

- Collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers to coordinate project scopes.
- Develop creative solutions that respect customer constraints such as budget, schedule, and operational requirements.
- Plan and coordinate projects related to production layout, workstation repairs, painting, equipment installation, and production line modifications.
- Manage production infrastructure projects, industrial equipment installation, and capex initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Minimize impacts and disruptions to operations and occupants during project execution.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules throughout the execution of all projects.
- Provide end-to-end project follow-up from initial planning through to delivery of the solution to the customer, monitoring cost, schedule, and quality.




- Document project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, construction teams, and suppliers to coordinate industrial equipment installation.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in an active manufacturing setting.

Compétences Essentielles

- 5-15+ ans d'expérience en gestion de projets liés à l'infrastructure de production, capex, acquisition et installation d'équipements industriels
- Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou industriel

- Compétences en gestion de projet

- Expérience en gestion d'installation/acquisition d'équipements, aménagement/layout ou projets capex

Environnement De Travail

Le candidat travaillera à l'usine 1 et devra être présent sur site 5 jours par semaine pour superviser le travail. Le gestionnaire offre une certaine flexibilité avec les heures mais ce sera un rôle 100% sur site. Heures: 8H00-16H00.

La fourchette salariale associée à ce poste est de $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
