The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Manager of Corporate Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting. You will provide technical accounting guidance, prepare position papers, support close activities, and explain financial statement variances. The work also covers internal controls, consolidation, and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarter-end financial statement variance analysis
- Draft technical accounting position papers under IFRS
- Support period-end close, accrual reviews, and consolidations
- Maintain Financial Data Model and general ledger structures
- Support Workday enhancements and accounting workflow automation
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
- Four or more years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- Working knowledge and application of IFRS accounting standards
- CPA designation and advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage close timelines and reporting discrepancies
