Lead NPK inventory optimization at Nutrien through materials governance and warehouse performance leadership across the upstream procurement organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement - NPK, this director-level position defines strategy for inventory, warehouses, and material master governance. You will improve inventory health, data quality, working capital, and operational performance. The work combines strategic influence, performance management, and continuous improvement across Nutrien’s upstream materials network. Key Responsibilities:

Lead upstream materials management strategy and governance frameworks Establish inventory, warehousing, and materials management standards Improve inventory productivity, accuracy, and working capital performance Develop metrics, dashboards,

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, logistics, or related discipline 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in relevant functions Success leading warehouse and inventory transformation initiatives Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic influencing skills Experience driving inventory optimization and operational excellence Apply strategic leadership, materials governance, and inventory expertise to improve Nutrien’s NPK warehouse and working capital performance.
