Colliers is seeking a Brokerage Project Specialist in Toronto for a hybrid role (4 days on site, Etobicoke office). You will deliver sales support, manage transactions, maintain databases, and collaborate with Marketing to prepare proposals and presentations.

Candidates need 2+ years in sales or admin, proficiency in MS Office and InDesign, and strong communication. Real estate experience is a plus. Salary range is CAD 48,112 to 75,000 per year; includes perks and growth opportunities.
