Major Responsibilities: Leads the owner’s oversight of construction coordination and inspection activities, focusing on greenhouse gas reduction and net‑zero initiatives. Collaborates closely with the contractor’s construction management team to ensure effective and timely delivery of project works. Directs the owner’s construction management team, including the Deputy Construction Manager and Construction Inspectors, within the assigned sub‑program. Provides expert guidance on construction management and overall project delivery, particularly for sustainability‑focused infrastructure.
