Harris, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., seeks an M&A; Analyst or Associate. You will evaluate acquisition opportunities, support transactions, and work with senior M&A; professionals and business unit leaders. Experience in M&A;, corporate finance, accounting, or transaction services is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build financial models and assess transaction returns
- Coordinate due diligence with functional teams
- Prepare investment memoranda and committee presentations
- Assist negotiations, deal structuring, and execution
- Support post-close monitoring and integration hand-offs
Requirements:
- 0–2+ years’ relevant experience for Analyst candidates
- 2–5+ years’ relevant experience for Associate candidates
- Experience with financial modeling and deal analysis
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Undergraduate degree and fluent English
