Lead BGC Okanagan’s After School Program at Ellison Elementary Club in Vernon, BC, using child supervision and program coordination skills. This part-time schedule runs Monday to Friday, 12pm-6pm.

As Senior Program Leader, you will oversee daily program delivery for children, youth, and families. You will supervise, mentor, and support activity leaders while coordinating plans, activities, and records. The position also supports safe, inclusive, and engaging programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the assigned after school program
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate program plans
- Supervise, mentor, guide, and lead activity leaders
- Create activity calendars for members and families
- Maintain accurate, confidential program and member records

Requirements:

- Child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition coursework
- One year of recent related experience with children or youth
- Valid First Aid and Food Protected Certificates
- Class 4 Driver’s Licence or willingness to obtain
- Age 19 or older and successful agency screening
