Support Trades admissions, registration, and Action Project services at Okanagan College through accurate client communication and organized program coordination.

As a Trades Client Services Assistant, you will serve applicants, students, apprentices, mentors, and other stakeholders. The position combines admissions support, event coordination, marketing, database tracking, and referrals across Trades and Apprenticeship programs. You will work with the Manager, Trades Programs and Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Trades and Action Project information by phone, email, and in person
- Process applications, assess eligibility, and verify supporting documentation
- Coordinate registrations, waitlists, events, travel, and participant payments
- Maintain confidential databases, student records,



and statistical reports
- Promote programs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Two-year diploma in Office Administration or related area
- Minimum three years of office administration experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with student record systems and complex database reports
- Robust organization, time management, and conflict resolution skills
