As Production Supervisor, Cutter grind, you will manage department employees and daily operations within the Longueuil Manufacturing Center. The department manufactures specialized cutting tools and re-sharpens standard tools for wide-ranging engine programs. You will support production, technological innovation, and quality standards while working with more than 23 sharpeners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily manufacturing operations for multiple cutting tools
- Promote health and safety practices and behaviours
- Achieve EHS, quality, delivery, performance, and cost indicators




- Coordinate with production teams and support functions
- Hire employees, monitor training, and support team leaders

Requirements:

- DEC or bachelor's degree with five years relevant experience
- Three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Fluent French and functional English communication
- Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and machining methods
- Organization, multitasking, autonomy, and ethical sense
