As Compliance Lead, you will work with Store Management, Market Management, and Subject Matter Experts. You will educate associates and managers on compliance programs, monitor controls, and support continuous improvement. The work spans health and safety, environmental, consumer protection, privacy, food safety, and other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compliance and safety awareness using Ethics and Compliance resources
- Conduct facility assessments across designated compliance subject matter areas
- Analyze trends, identify root causes, and execute action plans




- Deliver compliance training during current associate orientation
- Participate in regulatory visits and resolve orders or fines

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Work with Store Management and Subject Matter Experts
- Support compliance controls and corrective action follow-up
- Complete online submissions and required documentation
