Build business tax experience at RSM through tax research, Excel, and federal and state returns in a primarily hybrid workstyle. Interns support clients across industries.

As a Business Tax Intern, you will work with large and small companies in various industries. You will build client relationships by understanding businesses and challenges. Multiple team engagements provide exposure to several pieces of each assignment, including tax planning, research, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across specialized business and individual tax areas
• Complete tax planning and research assignments
• Prepare federal, state,
  
  
  
  and local tax returns
• Understand tax regulations and accounting pronouncements

Requirements:

• Complete 90 credit hours
• Pursue an accounting major and accredited university degree
• Travel to assigned client locations using reliable transportation
• Demonstrate robust written and verbal communication skills
• Use Microsoft Excel and other computer skills effectively
