As DarkVision’s primary in-house legal resource, you will support customer contracts and growing international operations. The role covers commercial agreements, corporate matters, regulatory requirements, and legal technology. You will work with Finance and Operations to assess risk and provide clear guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, and negotiate customer contracts, MSAs, and NDAs
- Advise teams on liability, indemnities, intellectual property, and data rights
- Support international corporate matters and local regulatory requirements
- Improve contract templates, tracking,

Requirements:

- Law Society of British Columbia membership or eligibility
- Commercial agreement drafting, review, and negotiation experience
- Ability to assess legal risk within commercial opportunities
- Explicit communication of legal issues to non-lawyers
- Organization managing multiple priorities independently
