Build host-family relationships through sales and interpersonal skills as a hybrid Host Ambassador serving Guelph and surrounding areas. Weekday evenings and weekends are required.

Reporting to the Program Lead, you will qualify new and existing families against Canada Homestay Network standards. This permanent full time position involves 30 to 40 hours weekly. You will grow the local host community while supporting international students and families through organized communication, database work, and home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews, home visits, and revisits for host families
- Complete pre-screen calls and enter information into the database
- Conduct annual reviews for existing host families
- Process documentation following CHN protocols and due diligence




- Support monthly targets and build the local host community

Requirements:

- Excellent sales, interpersonal, and positive communication skills
- Ability to promote and sell the CHN Host program
- Database, online communication, email, and webmail knowledge
- Business writing, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail
- Full driver's license, reliable vehicle, and required insurance coverage
