Reporting to the Culinary Manager, this Cook prepares and delivers all foods in a retirement residence setting. The work includes reviewing menus, following standardized recipes, and serving meals attractively. You will also support special and therapeutic diets, temperature audits, and dietary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver foods for residents, guests, and employees
- Review menus and production sheets before meal preparation
- Serve meals properly, attractively, and according to schedules
- Complete daily temperature audits and record findings
- Follow recipes, production charts, budgets, and dietary policies

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Large quantity food preparation experience required
- Healthcare or retirement setting experience preferred
- Knowledge of special and therapeutic diets
- Ability to lift heavy, hot items and stand during shifts
