Our client, a leader in Defence and Security Pyrotechnics, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Prescott, ON
Pay Rate: $20.14
Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30PM
What's the Job?
- Work on various assembly lines, supporting manufacturing of pyrotechnic devices
- Participate and contribute in daily morning meetings
- Perform quality checks on the production line
- Meet and maintain daily production targets
- Follow detailed standards and safety protocols
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different environmental conditions
- Excellent attendance record and reliability
- Transparent criminal background
- Willingness to learn and build capability in self and others
- Ability to receive and give constructive feedback
- Must be able to wear PPE and pass mask fit testing
