Lead seafood retail operations in person at Fisherman’s Market, Richmond Yards, using customer service and team coordination skills daily.

As Retail Floor Lead, you will support the Retail Supervisor and store team across daily floor operations. The work includes guiding team members, maintaining displays, supporting inventory, and delivering knowledgeable seafood service. You will also reinforce food safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate retail floor tasks, workflow, and priorities
- Guide team members and lead by example
- Maintain labeled, priced, well-stocked seafood displays
- Support receiving, counts, FIFO rotation, and quality monitoring
- Advise customers about seafood cuts, preparation, and cooking methods

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Robust communication and customer-first interpersonal skills
- Organization and attention to competing priorities
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
