This Food Service Worker assists the manager with meal preparation, cash receipts, meal records, and daily reports. The work includes preparing menu items, beverages, and baked goods while following meal schedules and department procedures. You will maintain food temperatures, storage areas, kitchen equipment, and sanitation practices throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food and baked goods according to planned menus
- Maintain cash receipts, meal records, and transaction reports
- Serve meals according to schedules and department procedures




- Monitor food temperatures and sanitary storage requirements
- Clean kitchen equipment, counters, floors, and storage areas

Requirements:

- Food Service Certificate as needed
- Education or training to read and follow instructions
- Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, walk, and stand
- Ability to follow uniform and Personal Protective Equipment requirements
