As a Paid Services Beauty Advisor, you guide clients through personalized consultations, beauty services, and product application. You recommend products, perform makeup and skincare treatments, and create welcoming experiences. The position also includes bookings, rebooking, beauty trends, brand launches, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized consultations based on clients’ beauty goals
- Perform customized makeup and skincare services
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines
- Handle bookings and rebooking of beauty services
- Participate in sales and promotional events

Requirements:

- One to three years’ retail sales or services experience
- Knowledge of trending beauty products
- Passion for client service and selling
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Versatile peak-hours availability and ability to lift fifty pounds
