As a Retail Sales Associate, you will bring POP MART’s collectible art toys and characters to life for shoppers. You will build customer relationships, explain collections, and support sales performance. Daily work includes merchandising, inventory management, point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining an organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and build authentic customer relationships
- Share POP MART stories, collections, promotions, and membership programs
- Recommend products and upsell complementary merchandise
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges,



and loyalty transactions
- Receive shipments, replenish merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements:
