- $17.00per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
- Work from comfortable home
- Operational hour: Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm central time
- Paid weekly, every Friday
- 35- 37hours a week
- Must be available in evenings and weekends
- Temporary for 3month till project end.
What's the job
- Make outbound calls to potential voters, supporters, and donors.
- Provide information about the policies, initiatives, and events.
- Answer questions and address concerns from the public.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
- Able to type 35 words per minutes with 95% accuracy
- Two years prior call center experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights,
weekends and holidays).
- Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings
- Experience with contact center software
- Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
- Legally to work in Canada without restriction
- Able to complete backcheck

- Headset - (Can not be wireless)
- Personal computer or laptop. (We Do Not Support Mac Computers)
- Windows 10
- 8.00 GB of RAM
- 64-bit operating system
