Job Description
Responsibilities* Store dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated areas.
* Replenish condiments and other supplies on tables and in service stations.
* Log and record the quantities of food used for inventory control.
* Package takeout food items securely.
* Portion, wrap, and label food products.
* Prepare and heat simple food items and dishes.
* Restock refrigerators, display counters, and salad bars.
* Operate manual and electric kitchen appliances to clean, peel, slice, and cut food items.
* Clean and sanitize the kitchen, workstations, cupboards, storage areas, and equipment.
* Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers,



and cupboards.
* Remove trash, empty garbage cans, and manage waste disposal.
* Sweep, mop, wash, and buff floors to maintain safety and cleanliness.
* Wash, peel, and chop fruits and vegetables.Core Competencies* Team player with a collaborative attitude.
