Lead the Veronica Beard sales floor through personalized styling, clienteling, and relationship-building as an hourly, commission-eligible Keyholder Sales Supervisor.
This Sales Supervisor guides daily selling while delivering the high-touch Veronica Beard experience. You will mentor Sales Associates, organize coverage, support store leadership, and serve as Manager-on-Duty when needed. The role combines fashion knowledge, client outreach, visual standards, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized styling and service reflecting Veronica Beard standards
- Build client relationships through outreach and thoughtful follow-up
- Communicate priorities and organize daily floor coverage
- Mentor Sales Associates through coaching and team selling
- Open and close the store following security procedures
Requirements:
- At least one year of retail sales experience
- Previous keyholder or retail leadership experience preferred
- Luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred
- Strong styling, clienteling, communication, and judgment skills
- Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening shifts
