Reporting to the Director of Care and Home Area (HA) Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the care team to deliver personalized, respectful care. Wage Rate: The starting hourly rate is $26.87. Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional well-being to registered staff. Accurately document care and daily activities in electronic health records. Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment, following all health and safety protocols. Assist with meals, nourishment delivery, and feeding support as needed. Participate in care conferences and contribute to individualized care planning.
