As a Front of House Team Member, you welcome members, support studio operations, and maintain polished spaces. You manage accounts, conduct tours, answer inquiries, and represent the Sweat and Tonic brand professionally. The position suits someone passionate about fitness and wellness, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with software systems and point of sale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and professionally assist members and guests
- Maintain presentation standards across studios and common areas
- Update guest accounts and resolve account inquiries
- Conduct thorough studio tours for prospective members
- Execute opening and closing procedures
