Support automotive production at TG Minto Corporation by producing quality parts and meeting hourly quotas in a climate-controlled Ontario plant.

As a Production Team Member, you will support high-quality injection molded interior and exterior parts for Toyota and Honda. The work takes place in a Just-in-time production environment, with safety, clean operations, and documented output at its core. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, or you may complete an aptitude test.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a protected, clean, and organized production environment
- Produce high-quality automotive parts and assemblies
- Meet hourly production quotas consistently
- Document daily production accurately
- Follow work instructions and company quality policies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Successful completion of an aptitude test accepted
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform physical requirements
