As an Asset Protection Associate, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and professional store environment. You will conduct patrols, verify security features, investigate shrink, and communicate findings to leadership. This role supports Walmart’s store operations and shopping experience through awareness, teamwork, and consistent standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily store patrols and check security features
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support internal theft and organized retail crime investigations
- Assist with evacuations and emergency procedures

Requirements:

- Security Guard License
- Must be at least 16 years old
