Lead enterprise risk management and insurance strategy at C.A.T. North America in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, supporting operations across three countries. This full time Director role oversees the enterprise risk framework and insurance portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Legal Affairs, you will align Operations, Safety, Finance, and Legal. The mandate covers strategic, operational, compliance, and insurance risks across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead the enterprise risk management framework Identify, assess, and monitor strategic and compliance risks Develop policies, KRIs, and reporting dashboards Lead quarterly and annual risk assessments Support controls and accident prevention initiatives Requirements:

Relevant university degree At least ten years in risk management and compliance Expertise building enterprise risk and insurance programs Knowledge of KRIs and insurance structures English proficiency; French or Spanish is an asset Shape enterprise risk, compliance, and insurance programs for C.A.T.
