Support children through play-based learning as a casual Child Care Supply Educator with YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka in Simcoe County locations. First Aid certification and supervision skills matter.

This casual, as-needed position supports children at Alliston, Beeton, and Tottenham schools. You will provide personal care, monitor health needs, supervise groups, and implement YMCA Curriculum activities. The role also requires communication with families, staff, and volunteers while supporting inclusion and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide toileting, diaper changing, first aid, and medication support
- Supervise groups of up to 15 children independently
- Plan and implement play-based YMCA Curriculum learning
- Communicate professionally with families, staff, and volunteers
- Support children with exceptional behaviours and additional needs

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current Standard or Intermediate First Aid and CPR Level C
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
- Required ongoing availability for opening, closing, or full-day shifts
- Ability to lift 20 kilograms and work outdoors year-round
