Serve Michaels customers in Sudbury, Ontario through friendly service, rapid checkout, and helpful product guidance. Support shopping, recovery, and merchandise tasks.

This seasonal part-time Team Member position combines customer assistance with checkout, stocking, and store maintenance. You will help shoppers locate products, explain Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel services. Duties also include truck unloading, merchandise recovery, planograms, SISO, and assigned AD sets. Cross-training includes Custom Framing selling and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide shopping solutions
- Deliver fast checkout and follow cash-handling standards
- Explain Rewards and Private Label Credit Card benefits




- Support BOPIS, SFS, stocking, and truck unloading
- Complete recovery, SISO, planograms, and merchandise returns

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- At least sixteen years of age
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
