Support international students at EF Language Abroad’s Toronto Campus through residence operations, student welfare, and transparent communication. This on-site role offers 15–35 hours weekly.

As a Residence Advisor at The Well EF residence, you will work under the Housing Department and report to the Residence Coordinator. You will welcome students, manage residence processes, support diverse cultural communities, and organize activities. The position suits candidates with working fluency in English and experience in student services, hospitality, residence life, or international education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage student check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and fobs
- Lead residence orientations and share important student updates
- Inspect rooms and maintain apartment and facility standards
- Support student welfare, problem-solving,



safety, and community life
- Organize activities and assist Housing projects when needed

Requirements:

- Working fluency in English across reading, writing, and speaking
- Approachable, friendly, positive, innovative, and detail-oriented approach
- Experience abroad or in student services is an asset
- Reliability, professionalism, and cultural awareness with diverse students
- Full Canadian working rights and reasonable downtown Toronto commuting distance
