S&R; Seniors Living is seeking a Resident Superintendent for its unique seniors building. The position supports residents, families, tenants, and full-service operations. Duties include mechanical inspections, maintenance, contractor oversight, and detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep building interiors and grounds safe, clean, and presentable
- Respond to tenant questions, concerns, emergencies, and janitorial issues
- Inspect boiler, HVAC, pumps, and fresh air systems
- Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, repairs, and unit turnovers




- Maintain records and oversee contractors and service providers

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of superintendent experience
- Minimum three years of maintenance experience
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act
- Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repair ability
- Health and safety certification and after-hours availability
