Apply occupational therapy expertise at Homewood Ravensview, delivering evidence-informed assessments and interventions onsite in North Saanich. This is a temporary full-time position.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will support clients within a collaborative interdisciplinary team at Ravensview, part of Homewood Health. Your work will address occupational performance across self-care, productivity, and leisure. You will contribute to mental health and addictions care through individualized treatment, rehabilitation planning, and group interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments using evidence-informed approaches
• Identify strengths, impairments, and barriers across relevant occupational domains
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans with clients and teams
• Provide individual and group interventions supporting recovery and participation
• Facilitate return-to-work planning and sustainable occupational engagement

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience within Mental Health and Addictions
• Successful completion of the National certification exam
• Skilled membership in BC College of Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge of standardized and non-standardized assessments
