The Server delivers dining experiences meeting Café Boulud standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. You will know menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials while anticipating guest needs. The position includes reservations, seating, POS use, and additional side work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expertly served dining experiences to Café Boulud guests
- Explain menu options, beverage lists, and daily specials
- Anticipate and service guest needs before being asked
- Greet and seat guests when the host is absent
- Take reservations and complete required side work

Requirements:

- One to two years server experience in food and beverage
- High level of wine and French food knowledge
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Excellent communication and English language command
- Availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays
