As a Cleaner reporting to the Property Manager, you will maintain common areas, vacant suites, and renovated suites. Your work includes routine and deep cleaning, carpet treatment, and suite turnover preparation. You will inspect assigned areas, report concerns, and support property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean residential common areas, vacant suites, and renovated suites
- Complete dusting, vacuuming, steam cleaning, and surface washing
- Disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and cupboards
- Inspect areas and report damage, hazards, or maintenance concerns
- Maintain supplies and support suite turnover preparation

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset
- Commercial cleaning equipment experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently within established timelines
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
