Flavor Cape Breton seeks three permanent Cooks for restaurant and catering operations. You will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and support restaurant service, private events, and catering functions. Work may occur at one or multiple locations according to operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and organize daily food items
- Cook menu items according to established recipes
- Coordinate preparation with kitchen team members
- Prepare food for events and catering functions
- Follow food storage and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

- Complete secondary school education
- Complete culinary training or bring commercial cooking experience
- Bring preferred one to three years of relevant experience
- Understand recipes and food safety procedures in English
- Hold or obtain Safe Food Handling Certification
