Support members through day programming, person-centred plans, and secure transportation with The Salvation Army. This work takes place in a day program facility and community settings.

The Day Program Facilitator supports members under the direction of the Coordinator of Day Services. Responsibilities include health and medical support, individual development, communication, and program facilitation. You will help create activities, reinforce independence, document services, and respond to safety needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individual plans and gather members’ goals
- Facilitate individual, group, special, and spiritual care activities
- Provide emotional support and respond to crises
- Administer and record medications accurately




- Transport members safely while following traffic laws

Requirements:

- Completed high school, Grade 12, or equivalent
- Valid Manitoba Class V driver license
- Criminal record, Child Abuse Registry, and Adult Abuse Registry checks
- Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds
