This janitorial position focuses on cleaning hard floors, carpets, washrooms, common areas, and offices. Duties include sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, steam cleaning, window care, and waste removal. The cleaner also monitors defects and reports them to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors, stairs, and surfaces
- Strip and wax floors; steam clean carpets on request
- Clean windows, windowsills, doors, walls, and entrance glass
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect trash, replace liners, and change garbage

Requirements:

- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and heavy duty machines
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform high dusting
- Take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Have own transportation between the two buildings
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
