As Banquet Server and General Event Staff, you will support events in Mac Hall and across the University of Calgary campus. The position includes room setup, food and beverage service, guest interaction, and event resets. You will follow timelines, menus, supervisor direction, and responsible alcohol service rules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up rooms with linens, tables, décor, and A/V
- Attend briefings covering timelines, menus, and requirements
- Deliver food and beverages on schedule
- Maintain clean, secure, organized event spaces
- Reset rooms for the next function

Requirements:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professionalism under pressure and attention to detail
- Planning, organization, and instruction-following abilities
- High school education required
- Banquet, catering, serving, meeting, or event experience preferred
