As a Stocking Team Lead at Walmart, you will assist overnight teams and department processes. You will respond to problems, plan activities around workload, and coordinate priorities communicated by the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management Team. The position also includes developing associates through teaching, training, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate task completion according to communicated department priorities
- Lead daily Team Huddles, set goals, and track productivity
- Assess department presentation and execute required display changes
- Secure high-ticket merchandise,



doors, and lockups
- Complete audits, safety logs, GTA, and Workday tasks

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to teach, train, and provide associate feedback
- Ability to identify deficiencies and corrective actions
- Ability to support secure, clean, hazard-free work areas
- Ability to support management, recruiting, and hiring activities
