The successful candidate will complete all of their training onsite at our Oakville site as well. Medcan is recruiting for an AHA Flow Coordinator/Receptionist role. The role is responsible for monitoring and facilitating the flow of patients through our Year‐Round Case clinic and checking clients in for their Annual Health Assessment as well as coordinating with other clinic staff to ensure an exceptional delivery of service. Experience:
client greeting and support, check-in/check-out, payments, appointment support, managing client inquiries and expectations, and communicating delays or changes Clinic Flow & Coordination : actively managing client flow, monitoring wait times and provider availability, coordinating across clinical teams, and adapting to delays, add‐ons, accommodations, and other real‐time changes Operational & Cross‐Functional Support : providing cross‐coverage across Reception, AHA Flow, YRC/Refine and other clinic needs, along with opening/closing, next‐day preparation, and general administrative and operational support 2 years of experience in healthcare industry, reception/front‐desk, customer service, hospitality, or medical administration is an asset ~ Education in health or a related discipline is an asset. ~ Four Star Hotel experience or a luxury spa is an asset. ~ Intermediate level skills in MS Office. ~ Exceptional customer service skills. ~ Ability to reliably travel to the clinic during business hours. - $31.62 CAD per hour Pay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade.
