Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design for complex transactional services
- Develop journeys, blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct research, usability testing, and design validation
- Apply enterprise design systems and accessible interaction patterns
- Support implementation through specifications and design reviews

Requirements:

- Experience leading complex transactional service design
- Knowledge of AODA and WCAG requirements
- Experience researching diverse user groups
