Lead facility maintenance teams at BGIS through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, safety oversight, and preventative maintenance delivery. This is a regular, full time position.
The Maintenance Team Lead oversees Technicians delivering preventative, corrective, routine, and on-demand maintenance. The position provides technical guidance, monitors compliance, and collaborates with BGIS departments. It also performs facility mechanical and electrical maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Technician activities and performance within assigned facilities
- Champion safety protocols, training, assessments, and investigations
- Guide troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and maintenance execution
- Manage work orders, priorities,
documentation, and progress
- Communicate with clients, occupants, management, and vendors
Requirements:
- Five years of facility operations and maintenance experience
- High school diploma plus trades training and certification
- Ability to lead a team of individuals
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of fire, life, safety, and building codes
