Collect blood samples across Oakville, Etobicoke, and Brampton as a Laboratory Technician with CHARM Fertility, using accurate phlebotomy techniques.

This Laboratory Technician supports patient-focused women’s healthcare through blood collection, laboratory processing, and accurate specimen documentation. The position requires patient identification, proper vial labelling, infection control, and rotation among CHARM clinic locations. You will also receive training in Andrology, including semen analysis and sperm wash procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect blood samples using appropriate patient-specific drawing methods
- Process specimens on laboratory machines according to guidelines
- Identify patients and label vials accurately
- Maintain records for fluid specimens and tests
- Keep workstations organized and follow infection control standards

Requirements:

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Current MLPAO registration in good standing
- At least one year of phlebotomy laboratory experience
- Experience with effective puncture techniques
- Ability to rotate among Oakville, Etobicoke, and Brampton clinics
