Key Responsibilities
• Conduct pre-testing activities for patients
• Submit third-party benefit claims accurately
• Remake, adjust, and repair optical frames
• Follow up on outstanding customer orders
• Support Optometrists with patient consultations

Requirements:
• Valid provincial Optician license or certification
• Solid customer service and eye health knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
