The General Stream supports early career professionals across marketing, project management, human resources, and related fields. Team assignments vary, with detailed descriptions provided if selected for an interview. Roles are strictly four-month terms, generally full time, with part-time flexibility. Work may count toward an accredited co-op program.

- Learn through coaching and mentoring from EDC professionals
- Work from an EDC Hub under the hybrid model

Requirements:

- Current enrollment in post-secondary studies
- Availability from January through April 2027 only
- Studies in listed or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational, analytical, independent, and teamwork abilities
